The first match between these teams took place at the ice rink – Zimní Stadion Slaný. UHT Sabers entered it in good shape and did not disappoint their fans. From the beginning of the match, the team from Oświęcim controlled the course of the game, which resulted in a 7:4 win.
The second meeting between UHT Sabers and UK Praha took place at the same rink. This time, however, the visiting team triumphed again. The Sabers won with a score of 8:5. It is also worth noting that after this match the Sabers moved up to second place in the table, thus gaining a chance for an even better result in the EUHL.
Of course, it wasn’t an easy game for the Sabers. UK Praha is a team with great experience and successes under their belt. However, the team from Oświęcim was able to use its strengths and show its good side.
It is worth noting that UHT Sabers Oswiecim is a team that has recently made significant progress. He has many talented players in his squad who can find their way to the opponent’s goal.
The match between UHT Sabers Oswiecim and UK Praha was certainly one of the most important events in the history of the club from Oświęcim. Winning two matches against such a strong opponent is no small feat, which shows that the Polish team can compete at the European level. We are waiting impatiently for the next performances of Sabers and we keep our fingers crossed for their further successes.
